• Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 5-6 Bank.
• Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff
• Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
• Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.
• Build long term relationship with the bank staff.

·       Age between 23 – 30yrs.
Graduation / Post Graduation.
1 Year plus Sales Experience in Insurance  Industry preferred.
Good Communication Skills.
Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude.
High on Honesty and Integrity.
Ready to Stretch and Achieve.
Ready to travel and do Field Work.
